Bacon Caprese Salad

1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/4-inch slices
3 plum tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1-1/2 cups fresh baby spinach
8 Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup minced fresh basil
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

Arrange cheese, tomatoes and spinach on a large serving platter; top with bacon, basil and green onions. Just before serving, drizzle with vinaigrette; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Makes 8 servings.
